- All lead bookers must be minimum age 21 at time of booking. D.O.B required on enquiry form
- To secure the booking a non refundable deposit of 20% is required. Upon receipt a confirmation email will be sent detailing your booking and when the remaining balance is due. The remaining balance will be due 12 weeks before arrival. If bookings are made within 12 weeks, full payment is due at the time of booking. If the remaining payment is not made or paid late, your booking will be cancelled and any payments made retained. Payment in Euros are accepted upon request at current exchange rates.
- A refundable deposit of £100 is required for the keys and any breakages.. This must be paid at least 14 days before arrival, when a reminder memo will be sent with payment details, if not already paid. Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure via BACS. Should damage be in excess of £100, additional costs will be sent via email to you the guest and payment will be required within 14 days of departure.
- Names and passport details required on arrival of all guests
- Check In time 4pm and Check Out time 10am
- Prices listed are in GBP.
- All prices are based on 7 nights. Shorter stay quotes will be confirmed via email.
- Price includes a meet and greet for keyholding at the apartment and the collection of keys on departure and entry and exit cleans. For any cleans mid stay, there is a washing machine with cleaning products for guest use.
- Crockery and cutlery used to be washed prior to departure. Bins to be emptied and taken to rubbish area at the bottom of the road just beyond the roundabout. Please dispose of all food and drink on departure.
- Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment.
- No pets allowed in the apartment.
- In the lead up to your booking, if the property became uninhabitable through damage or disrepair and your booking needed to be cancelled, all monies paid by you the guest would be refunded to you via BACS within 7 days of cancelling, with no counter claims to be made.
- Your personal data and information will not be shared and will be kept secure for the length of time that is legally required. Any financial information that you have given when payments are made, will be securely disposed of immediately after your stay.
