Situated in a prime location only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport whether you hire a car or take a taxi, you are a short walk away in either direction to local amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, golf club hire, a live music venue and hair salons. 

Within approx 350 metres, you will find yourself on La Cala beach, or to the right of the apartment you will find El Bombo beach approx 300 metres walk. Famous for the boardwalk which within no more than 15 minutes walk brings you to the vibrant town of La Cala De Mijas. Typically Andalusian with many different restaurants, cafes, bars and sights, there's certainly a lot to see and explore. From sunbathing on the beach, to the local Saturday market, to celebrity hang outs such as Olivia's made famous by TOWIE, to trying Spanish delicacies such as Gambas Pil Pil, after visiting once you will certainly want to visit La Cala de Mijas time and time again.

Further afield to the east, you have your coastal towns including Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremelinos. Places to visit in these towns include the AquaMijas Waterpark, Bioparc Fuengirola Zoo and Benalmadena Marina. To the west of La Cala de Mijas, you will find the bright lights of Marbella and if you like your expensive yachts and luxury, Puerto Banus.

For the golfers amongst you, you will be spoilt for choice! Also known as the Costa Del Golf, there are over 70 golf courses to choose from both along the coast and inland.

Further inland you will find popular tourist locations including Mijas Pueblo. Famed for its spectacular mountain views of the coast, you find yourself immersed for hours wandering the cobbled streets exploring this quaint mountainside town.
